Please treat the villa, its furnishings, and the property with care and respect.
Disturbances, in particular during the evening and night hours (10:00 p.m. \u2013 8:00 a.m.), must be avoided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pets are allowed in Villa Picobello.

Animals are<\/strong>\u00a0not permitted on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture.<\/strong>
Pet waste must be removed immediately.
Any damage caused by pets may be charged to the guest.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The use of the pool is at your own risk.

No jumping or diving unless expressly permitted.
Children may only use the pool under adult supervision.
No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.

The barbecue may be used.

The grill must only be used outdoors.
Never leave fire or embers unattended.
Please clean the grill after use.

The garden and sun terrace are available for guests.

Please return furniture to its original position after use.
Plants and facilities must be treated with care.
No open fires are allowed in the garden area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The air conditioning must be used in an energy-efficient manner and switched off when leaving the accommodation.
The fireplace may only be operated with suitable fuel.
When using the fireplace, adequate ventilation must be ensured.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Only the designated parking areas may be used.

Please separate waste according to the waste separation system used in Italy:
