House Rules – Villa Lila
We are pleased to welcome you to Villa Lila. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and the accommodation remains in good condition, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.
1. General Conduct
Please treat the villa, its furnishings, and the property with care and respect.
Disturbances, in particular during the evening and night hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.), must be avoided.
2. Booking Requirements
The booking is only valid if at least one person is of legal age (21 years or older) and remains present for the entire duration of the stay.
3. Parties and Events
Parties, celebrations, and loud events are not permitted without prior registration.
The accommodation is intended exclusively for quiet holiday stays.
4. Pets
Pets are allowed in Villa Picobello.
Animals are not permitted on beds, sofas, or upholstered furniture.
Pet waste must be removed immediately.
Any damage caused by pets may be charged to the guest.
5. Pool
The use of the pool is at your own risk.
No jumping or diving unless expressly permitted.
Children may only use the pool under adult supervision.
No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
Please leave the pool area clean after use.
6. Barbecue Area
The barbecue may be used.
The grill must only be used outdoors.
Never leave fire or embers unattended.
Please clean the grill after use.
Only use the barbecue under safe weather conditions.
7. Garden & Sun Terrace
The garden and sun terrace are available for guests.
Please return furniture to its original position after use.
Plants and facilities must be treated with care.
No open fires are allowed in the garden area.
8. Air Conditioning & Fireplace
The air conditioning must be used in an energy-efficient manner and switched off when leaving the accommodation.
The fireplace may only be operated with suitable fuel.
When using the fireplace, adequate ventilation must be ensured.
9. Parking Spaces
Parking spaces are available for guests.
Only the designated parking areas may be used.
Access roads must be kept clear.
10. Waste & Cleanliness
Please separate waste according to the waste separation system used in Italy:
Organic (food waste such as leftovers)
Paper (paper and cardboard)
Plastics and metals (plastic and metal packaging)
Glass
Residual waste / non-recyclable waste
Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins provided in the accommodation and observe local collection times and regulations.The accommodation must be left in a clean and orderly condition.
11. Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to:
Leave dishes washed and tidied away.
Dispose of waste.
Close all windows.
Switch off the air conditioning and lights.
12. Damages
Please report any damage or defects immediately.
The respective tenant is liable for any damage caused by guests.
13. Final Provision
By using the accommodation, guests acknowledge and accept these house rules.
